Yudhisthira becomes the king of Hastinapur and assigns duties to all
All of us are curious to know the responsibilities allotted to Pandavas after the exquisite Mahabharata war. No doubt it is clear that Yudhisthira was enthroned as the king of Hastinapur. However, he decided to rule beneath the command of Dhritarashtra. Let us now understand what occurred to his other brothers Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva in Hastinapur.
After understanding approximately the boon of Lord Brahma to Charvaka from Lord Krishna, Yudhisthira was relieved from worry. Priest organized the fire on that Vedi and completed the sacrifice rituals with hymns there. eventually, Lord Krishna anointed the king by means of blowing his Panchajanya Sankha or conch there. Yudhisthira appeared wonderful as if he was shedding nectar from his eyes. Then Dhritarashtra and others also did their parts. King Yudhisthira then Worshiped all the Brahmins and pleased them by way of giving Dakshina. They all admired the king and asked him to take the responsibilities of Hastinapur.
Yudhisthira expressed his deep gratitude to those Brahmins
and announced to them that, “ King Dhritarashtra; my father (Tau or elder brother of Father) is just like a deity to me and all my people ought to obey his commands or keep in mind his welfare like
before. After slaying all my brother and relatives, I only live now for King
Dhritarashtra and desire to serve him vigorously. The whole earth and all the
Pandavas inclusive of me will live beneath King Dhritarashtra simplest.”
King Yudhisthira next determined Bhima be the Prince of the kingdom. He gladly appointed Vidura within the function of consultation and obligation assignment.
